This video shows how to create an Excel spreadsheet that contains label, position, and status of control points, from a 3D Slicer markup json file.
3D Slicer saves markups (fiducial lists, lines, curves, planes, etc.) in json file format by default. While these json files are simple, human-readable files, they are also well structured so that Excel can read their contents as a database and create spreadsheets from their content. Similarly to other data sources, the spreadsheets created from json files can be automatically updated when the data source changes.
The video only shows a simple listing of all points, but it is possible to create more complex queries, with various filtering options, joining data from multiple files, etc.
