Here's another way to divide the column in excel that has a space. Select Row to Delimit Data -> Text to Columns -> Select "Delimited" hit Next -> Select "Space" only -> Finish

Nice video, small question: You say the first 6 digits of the position are "Northing" en the last numbers are "Easting". In Excel, Northing = Y en Easting = X, but you type in X - Y ??
