Respected Sir what will be the career prospects for those who join as an SSC officers and after the fixed period of tenure got released from the forces. And probably have these criterias:- 1. Are not very financially sound and no hopes of pension ahead. 2. Are married and probably have a kid or 2. 3. Not exposed to courses or workshops prior retirement to upskill themselves as per market needs. for the information. I am very keen towards joining the IAF's logistics branch but also bit hesitate as there will be no pension ka sahara and had to start from scratch as taking right decision is better than jab ka tab dekha jaega regret. Sir i too insist on academic part & I believe i m quite good in it. In my recent interview it lasted for around 70 mnts but wasn't asked even a single question pertaining to academics. Overall i got c/o in my 3 rd n last attempt of NDA. Sir please say something. 🙏

Sir im in 7th semester of btech. Since the first year only i have been working to support my education and my sibling's education and in my household for most time i was only working member for last 4 yrs. Managing a full time job in us shift (night shift) and chores and college too, i've not been as academically bright (75%)..although in school i was at 96%..but that is because i had no financial crunch at home. I used to give tuitions at home in evening, then in night also give tuitions online and in my free time i used to learn about design. Currently I am employed as a designer (in 7th sem) My ssb is near. Assessing my situation can you guide me, is it okay to not be as good at academics although i am good in my design knowledge.
