After I was sent to have a blood test, which is done annually, and was asked to monitor my blood sugar over a month or more. I did not know the meaning then. But I noticed I was thirsty more often than before. I am 65 now - diagnosed at 63. A bit overweight 5 ft and 132 pounds, stopped smoking. Watched my weight and lost 10 pounds. I am a diabetic and as I saw your instructions about climbing stairs this morning I saw the logic in your words especially when you pointed out the reason for the burning sensation in the front thigh muscle I understood and I started climbing stairs for 15 minutes. Well I took the post parantial reading and to my delight it was only 150. I breakfast was three chapattis,one boiled egg and half a cup of coffee without sugar. It is impressive. Sir,after seeing your video on Antigravity exercise ie climbing the stairs, I devidded to give s Try today and I was thrilled. Today, my pp sugar taken at 3.10 was 188 and after climbing staircase 120 steps, again checked my sugar at 3.20, lo! it was showing 160. Amazing drop of 28 points in 5 minutes. 1- jugging 2-stair climbing 3- squirt 4- Push up 5- walking . On diet front - Very important 1 apple in between bf & launch everyday along with strict diet plan. With regular check up & Dr consult.

Once my sugar was 255 after breakfast. I started going up n down stairs for 5 min and checked my sugar again it was 132.
