Interesting! Why do you think Dan said greyhound type sprinters can get away with one high speed session a week to keep them vaccinated against hamstring injury, while more muscular sprinters require 2 high speed sessions per week? I thought it would have been the reverse.

Do you know the answer, Les?

elasticity. In my experience the more muscular guys have to visit handling high speed responsibly more often due to the fact that they have so much power/strength/ blunt force but tend to lack the natural fluidity and dexterity of the "Greyhound" like sprinters who usually have better overall range of motion throughout the body. Smoother running form ect.

The way everyone walks and runs is the force from the center of mass is in front of the legs the force from the center of mass should be behind the legs how to get the force of the center of mass behind the legs
