Hi Janaki, Happy to see this initiative from you. What you gathered here in this video is perfectly fine and true and let's hope to see more women into this method. One more stuff I wanna add here is that how to retain the menstrual cup from getting stained after a long use, say the period of one- one and half years. Then, there is the very chance of getting it more dirty stained. So once I had that phase, what I did was searching for a solution from the KZbin. And after a pretty good search I have arrived at the solution as, dip the menstrual cup in a container filled with mild hydrogen peroxide which is available at the chemist. If it's a 50 ml bottle, add the same amount of plain water into it and immerse the cup, keep for 12-24 hours. The cup will be completely stain free and bright.. just wanted to mention this. Cheers!

Hi Janaki - The figure that you quoted about the longevity of menstrual cups 5-10 years. Who uses anything for up to 10 years? Another question. Do the material of these cups undergo any degradation or chemical changes with the minerals in blood in the long run? Anyway, it seems to be the best of what is available.

So no environment pollution and also ec for us 2) Urinate ചെയുമ്പോൾ periods ഇല്ലാത്ത time ൽ പോകുന്ന പോലുണ്ട് ( pad വെക്കുമ്പോ periods time ൽ urine pass ചെയുന്ന ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഓർക്കാനേ വയ്യ 🙏) 3) extra hygiene 4) no smell at all 5) no leakage at all വെക്കാനും എടുക്കാനും ഒന്ന് രണ്ടു വട്ടം ആകുമ്പോഴേക്കും ec ആകും. എല്ലാവരും ധൈര്യായിട്ട് use ചെയ്യുട്ടോ. പൊളി സാധനം ആണ്‌ 😄😄👌👌👌👌

Hi Janaki, nice presentation. I have some doubts. 1. Isn't there a risk of endometriosis by retrograde flow of blood ? the blood is collected in cup and remain in vagina. As the lady goes about with daily life , body position may change and blood may flow back ? 2. Every time the lady uses the bathroom, this has to be taken out and kept back . Would that be not messy while travelling ? In public rest rooms, would it be possible to sanitize every time ? Would not blood drops falling on toilet seat cause risk to other women ? 3. It is a foreign body inside the body. How everyone is sure it is harmless when anything invasive carries a risk ? It may be ok for some and not ok for some. What is the basis for the assurance that it is safe to use for everyone ? Thanks in advance

Periods ആണെന്ന് പോലും തോന്നില്ല... ഞാൻ ഫസ്റ്റ് time തന്നെ ഫുള്ളി adjust ആയി... 🤗 പിന്നെ എന്റെ അഭിപ്രായത്തിൽ ഇത് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പലരും പേടിക്കുന്നത് നമ്മുടെ ശരീരഘടനയെ പറ്റി ശരിക്കുള്ള അറിവ് ഇല്ലാതത്‌ കൊണ്ട് ആണു .. യൂറിൻ പാസ്സ് ചെയുന്നത് വേറെ വഴിയിൽ കൂടെ ആണെന്ന് പോലും പലർക്കും അറിയില്ല.... ഞാൻ മനസിലാക്കിയോളം ഇത് cervix ന്റെ ചുറ്റും കറക്റ്റ് ആയി ഫിറ്റ്‌ ആയി ഇരിക്കുന്നത് കൊണ്ട്.. Blood നേരിട്ട് കപ്പ്‌ ഇൽ collect ചെയ്യുന്നു... പിന്നെ ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് കേറിപോകുമോ... കുടുങ്ങിപ്പോകുമോ...അതും ആ ഭാഗത്തിനെ പറ്റി ശരിക്കും ധാരണ ഇല്ലാത്തത് കൊണ്ടാണ്... ഇത് കറക്റ്റ് ഫിറ്റ്‌ ആകാൻ തക്ക സ്ഥലമേ അവിടെ ഉള്ളു... അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നമുക്ക് കയ്യ് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ എടുക്കാൻ തക്ക സേഫ് ആണ്..!!👍

എനിക്ക് 20 വയസ് ഉണ്ട്.ഒരു വർഷത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആയി ഞാൻ menstrual cup യൂസ് ചെയ്യുന്നു.ബാക്കി ഉള്ള എല്ലാ menstrual hygiene method ne കാളും ഏറ്റവും best ഇതാണ്.periods ആണെന്ന് പോലും തോന്നില്ല.ശെരിക്കും comfortable ആണ്.എല്ലാവരും ഇത് ഉപയോഗിക്കണം.നമ്മുടെ ആരോഗ്യത്തിനും, environment hygiene നും ഇതാണ് ഏറ്റവും നല്ലത്.
