ഞാൻ use ചെയ്തു 2 month ആയി 'ഒരു വേദനയും ഇല്ല. ഇടുമ്പോഴും എടുക്കുമ്പോഴും ' Mrrd & delivery കഴിഞ്ഞതോണ്ട് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ ഒരു പേടിയും ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. പേഡിനേക്കാൾ എത്രയോ എത്രയേ help full ആണ് 'എനിക്ക് പിരീഡ് time നല്ല വേദന ഉണ്ടാവാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു' but എന്ത് കൊണ്ടന്നറിയില്ല. 2 month ആയി തീരെ വേദനയുമില്ല. ഈ cup കാരണം ഞാൻ വളരെ happy ആണ്. ഒരു പാട് പേർക്ക് ഞാൻ suggest ചെയ്തു thanks

Innente second day of period anu. Menstrual cup first time use cheyanu. Last month vare pad arnnu use cheythathu. So ente personal exp vechu menstrual cup nallathanu. Ipo vechit more than 8 hrs ayi. Athum ente second day heavy flow anu kooduthalum clots ayitanu pokarullath. Ennitum menstrual cup use cheythathu. I personally felt it like as usual day Anu. Pad vechit nadakumbol ulla discomfort illa. Irunnu ezhunelkumbol undakunna heavy flow cup use cheyumbol ariyunnilla. Pinne urine pass cheyumbol remove cheyenda avashyam illatha cup anu njan use cheyunnath. Only thing I would suggest is hygiene and remove cheyumbol kurach twist cheyuka like shown in the video. Njan use cheytha brand presafe ennonnanu. My first experience anu. So I recommend others to switch to menstrual cup if u can.

Thank you for uploading this..I think more important is that women know the different options available for managing their periods and to take a decision after usage..I have been using for past two years and the experience is completely different..I will not go back to pads ever… but on one occasion I had leakage at night when there is heavy flow on second day.. I may need to use a liner or get up at night to empty the cup.. let’s see

Periods അല്ലാത്ത സമയത്ത് വച്ചുനോക്കി.. കംഫർട്ട് ആയിരുന്നു അപ്പോൾ .. പക്ഷെ എനിക്ക് periods നല്ല വേദന ആയതുകൊണ്ട് ആ സമയത്തു വെക്കാൻ പറ്റാതെ ഞാൻ അത്‌ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു...ഇന്നലെ ഈ വീഡിയോ കണ്ട് വീണ്ടും 2year ആയി മൂലയ്ക്ക് കിടന്ന ആ കപ്പ്‌ ഞാൻ എണ്ണയൊക്കെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വച്ചു നോക്കി....എന്റെ ദൈവമെ.....!! എന്റെ സന്തോഷം പറഞ്ഞറിയിക്കാൻ വയ്യ..... അത്രക്ക് അത്രക്ക് നല്ലത്.... താൻ പറഞ്ഞ മെത്തേടിൽ മടക്കിയാണ് വച്ചത്, പക്ഷെ സൗണ്ട് വന്നില്ല. അത് അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ മടങ്ങിയാണ് ഇരുന്നത്.12hr കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ എടുത്തു നോക്കി. അത് ഓപ്പൺ അല്ലായിരുന്നു. ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് വച്ചപോലെ മടങ്ങി ആണ് ഇരുന്നത്.. എന്നിട്ടും ലീക്ക് ആയില്ല.. ഞാൻ തുണിയും വച്ചിരുന്നു... സ്മെൽ ഇല്ല... നനവ് ഇല്ല... Thumps up for menstrual cup... Especially for those who works by sitting for a long time. Not at all bothered about changing it like pads and trying to dispose it. പൊതിഞ്ഞു പിടിച്ചു കളയാൻ ആണ് eetavum പാട്. Menstrual cup ആകുമ്പോൾ periods ആണെന്ന് പോലും ആരും അറിയില്ല
