Thank you, this was very helpful. I am a 68 year old woman and had heart valve replacement surgery last summer, so I’ve been advised to stay in as much as possible. I appreciate your sensible advice and look forward to more videos.

Excellent, interesting video! Many of your grocery choices are similar to ours. I eat millet in place of quinoa or chia, both of which make my skin itchy. I remember the bird seed mix my parakeet ate many years ago included cute little round seeds - millet! I had no idea then that millet was also good food for people.

Thank you, team Sherzai! Excellent info! In upcoming videos would it be possible to discuss ways to balance mental and physical health while isolating at home? I'm also looking forward to more cooking videos. My daughter and I loved the vegan omelette with veggies and will trying the burger recipe soon. Take good care.

@@TheBrainDocs Did you know that in the brain of a vegan, animal products are ''stored'' in the same area as poisonous foods? Actual neuroplasticity takes place when we recognize them as harmful/traumatic... It's the BASIC culprit of the vegan brain. ;)

Thank you guys for this awesome video and shopping list! I listened to your interview recently with Dan Buettner and love the overlap between blue zones and the NEURO plan. Such an important message now more than ever. You are all very inspiring! As for the shopping list, I noticed that cocoa was on there - what are your thoughts on dark chocolate?
@TheBrainDocs
@TheBrainDocs 4 жыл бұрын
Thank you, Dylan. Nothing wrong with dark chocolate as long at it's 70% or more cocoa, and either sugar free or low in sugar. The more flavonols, the better.

Thanks....BTW, a chemist familiar with the structure of the virus says that the outer lipid layer is disrupted by regular soap. so for certain fruits and vegetables the first rinse soak could be done in a dilute soapy solution.

Sadly reality right now is 10 hr lineups at unemployment offices and massive multi car lineups at food banks. Forget Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods or even normal grocery stores. Millions of people in US and other countries are doing their best to just put food on the table (or a table to put it on w/safe place to live.) At least the items the video are hopefully avail at food banks. Too bad it incr single use plastic to the environ and water systems. For those in fresh food deserts -or just can’t afford it - most veg and fruit can be grown on small plots of land or even containers on balconies. Potatoes can be grown in a bucket and cherry tomatoes in a hanging planter etc. Many many good YT gardening videos. Also look at growing micro greens/sprouts as an easy/affordable way to add nutrients. Many good stories and videos on people creating victory or community gardens and sharing the produce w/neighbors. Can also coordinate w/ neighbors for growing diff veg and share food. This video is realistic and helps to meet people where they are and do the best they can right now (and foreseeable future for many) and not trying to sell something. Too many vegan doctors right now hypocritically supporting big Pharma by pushing yet another big flu vaccine (worth trillions worldwide) or big tech via contact tracing which hasn’t been proven effective, is a massive invasion of privacy and inspires fear and distrust. I do have a copy of your book and is well worth the investment if you can afford it. I was going to donate copies to our local library before it shut down but I have passed on your info. 🙏👏 Living off your garden for 90 days incl lentils and beans. Ignore part about fish obv not healthy esp w micro plastics now in all waters from prepacked foods. kzbin.info/www/bejne/d6nJeaqebKuFgbc
