Her marriage to Prince Philip had it's ups and downs: he was rumoured to have had an affair with a married women and was often out drinking in his London clubs with friends while she had to stay at home. Her position as Head of the Church meant she couldn't divorce him even if she wanted to. They also slept in separate bedrooms. So her Gemini 7th house Rahu/Pluto and debilitated 7th ruler Merc in Pisces does make sense in terms of secrecy and living double lives.

I liked this video far to many astrologers act like using astrology to benefit ones life is some sin or something . My intrest and studies in astrology have always been to make my life better what else is astrology for when you think about it . Another great time during the day is Venus Rising The planet Venus itself and Taurus and Libra rising . Transiting Jupiter entered my 9h house along with Uranus and conjuncting my natal Rahu. Natal Moon in 5th and Natal Saturn in 7th Natal Jupiter in 11th in Cancer You can bet the farm and all the Texas cows I'm playing the lotto while my 9th house is activated. Great Video need more

I am a pushya ascedant in my Saturn-mercury dasha. Technically saturn is close to my avayogi but not within a 1 degree orb. So I've been taking a Break with gambling but been very lucky with work. It was better when Saturn was in dhanishtha conjunct my mercury the beginning of the year and all last year.

For my ref: identify the house that Saturn is transiting in your birth chart. Add 2 and 6. So if Saturn is transiting your 4th house, your 6th and 10th house open up for oppportunity. (e.g. if transiting your 9th house, then 11th and 3rd house) This is what the Universe wants you to focus on for the duration of Saturn's transit - if you spend energy in those areas, you can be "lucky". Other planetary transits (e.g. Jupiter or Rahu) in those highlighted houses also add additional power to those houses. Next look at the house Jupiter is transiting in your chart. Add 4. So if Jupiter is transiting your 1st house, then your 5th house will become activated. Next, find out what dasha you're in. If you're in the Mars dasha, then look for the house in your chart where Mars is the ruler. That house also becomes activated.

Hey Simon could you please explain why there is a discrepancy in calculating the ascendant using parashara light vs every other free software? Cosmic insights, astro-seek, jhora, etc. all calculate my Lagna as Hasta pada 4 but Parashara light says Pada 2. I really wish I knew what to trust there as it changes my d9 obviously

I trust PL. I suspect it may be a city in a country that may have variant coordinates. But the PL team do their research so I would trust their atlas. The other sites likely use Google or other web-based atlases that may not be on par. Not my area of expertise, but that's my two cents

plz don't give up. every period is good for something, though it doesn't seem likely when you're in the midst of hard times. Even depression can be a gift. What helped me during the dark time is getting sunlight - being outdoors -, seeking medical help (ayurvedic panchakarma in my case) and knowing that everything passes.

What's so absolutely frustrating here is that as far as I can tell, none of these things are in either of the software I have. When I first started this, I bought Kala, and now I regret it. I use the free J Hora software too, but neither of these show Part Of Fortune, Yogi Points, etc etc etc. So there's no way for me to move these transits around to look at them like you are.

Contact the Kala folks and ask if they have Part of Fortune. All major western astrology softwares do - I use Solar Fire. So do the big vedic softwares like Shri Jyoti Star and Parashara's Light. Alternately, you can go to astro.com and use their free chart calculator to get it there. I think they even have a realtime tool to move the chart forward.@@El_Hicks
