Happy new year. I am a generator reliability testing engineer and I would like to learn how generator control works. Specifically, the modelling of generator, AVR, Exciter, Turbine and Governor. How each component is realized in block diagrams, what’s the meaning of each parameter, and why are field engineers choose certain device settings. More Bill Anderson synchronous machine clips please. Much appreciated.
