Oxford University was established around the time when Sultans out here were busy investing in their own Tombs. It is all about the choices we make. They don't had education , economic ,health and welfare policies for masses. They have just 4 types of economic taxes eg. KHUMS (captured booty) , JAKAT (muslims donation), JAJIYA (Worshipping tax,) and KHIRAJ (taxes on land) ... On the other hand British made railways , roads , medical colleges , parliament and precident building , developed Mumbai , karachi , Kolkata , Delhi , Madras as economic hub.
