Nobody says how to adjust the bearing clearance. Literally nobody. Do a favor and explain how you would adjust them.

The main method to fix bearing clearances is to have the machine shop turn the crank to the next size available size bearings, bearings come in different sizes. If you are off by only a few ten thousands you can run different weight oils, or some people adjust the torque spec by +/- 5lbs but you risk sacrificing your clamping force. Either way you don't want to be on the edge of your tolerance ranges, just take it to the machine shop to have it done correctly.
