Hi brother, I have a query regarding aps certificate . I have applied for aps long back so I have submitted my old IELTS certificate after thatI had took the exam again and got improved scores but now I got the aps certificate mentioning my old IELTS scores. And for all university applications and uniassist applications, I have uploaded the new score but now I'm going to send the aps certificate to the universities so will they check the score in the aps certificate or the one which I have already uploaded in the portal? Hi, In the APS checklist they have mentioned to send the language certificates, but in their FAQ section they have mentioned that language certification is not required for APS, Please let me know if I can get my APS document without sending the language certificate. Thanks in advance.

You can apply for APS without language certificate. Language certificate are not mandatory.

I want to know that at fhe time i am applying is it alright if i can't provide my board result of 12th because it will only come out in jund. Also I plan to give B2 goethe but won't be able to during boards so was planning in may. What would you suggest can my language pantheon certificate of B2 certificate can work and after I provide my B2 goethe certificate?

@arohikumar772 you need your 12th board result at the time of your application and regarding B2 certificates only recognised certificate will be accepted. Language pantheon certificate is not publicly recognised so you need either Goethe certificate, TestDaf or similar certificate.

@nehaniboriya you can edit few entries in your aps application/form. IF that did not work out. Download the form and correct all the mistake by hand and then post the document.

@Ayan Chatterjee there is only Email option and email for that case is fine. Because you don't want to disclose personal information for your professor. However, few student tried to enter their mobile number along with email, or when they were printing out their application form document they mentioned their professor's number. P.s: do ask your professor before taking these kind of steps.

The 12 the class certificate was given at crono time and is with digi locker stamp. I have got the transcript of 12th now. Shall i submit both ? 3. I have not taken IELTS exam as my university doesn't require so. Should i take it later ? 4. @Harjot Kaur Answering to your questions: 1. You need provisional degree to apply for APS, so wait for provisional degree. However, if your university allows you to have a provisional degree with 4 semesters then you can apply for APS certificate. 2. Yes, submit both. 3. APS does not require IELTS. However, you will need it for Visa appointment. So it is advisable to give IELTS exam. 4. It is not necessary. However, if you want to have personal satisfaction then you can. I had got a verification call on 24 May, they asked me to provide professor mail ID. But later on I came to know that the professor whose mail ID which I had provided to APS is hospitalized and he has suffered from heart attack and cannot reply on mail as he is on medical leave for 6 months. Any suggestions how can I inform APS to mail some other professor now??

Hi @akshundogra, I have a doubt regarding APS PAYMENT. I had applied on 26th october and sent courier on 12th november, it reached on 18th november. While applying, in the first go I could not make full payment and later I paid to the "BANK ACCOUNT VIA PHONEPE". This bank account number was mentioned in the OFFICIAL PDF ON THE APS SITE. But, it still shows my payment status as "pending" in my APS account since almost 1.5 months now. I wrote them but havent heard back from them. Is there any such case you are aware of ? Are such payments not valid ? If not then why have they given the account details? Am I supposed to pay again using cc avenue link? (which I got to know about later :( !! ) Please help me regarding this, what should I do ??
