All your videos are quite informative but I think you are mixing up the whole thing. The statement says “Your total stay in the uk cannot be more than 4 years if you apply for one of these reasons and this includes anytime you have already spent in the uk on a Graduate visa “ please note the “word on a graduate visa”if you apply for the new entrants visa and you have already spent 2 years in the uk on a Graduate visa, you can only get extra 2 years which makes it total of 4 years and it doesn’t matter how long you have been in the country as long as you are on a graduate visa and mind you, I know some people who had their visa approved using this route. Got this from Uk website: “Applicants can be classified as "new entrants" for a maximum of 4 years. This 4-year period includes any time they have spent under the Tier 2, Graduate, or Skilled Worker routes, even if there were breaks in between or they switched between these routes.” Your friend can only get rejected if they have spent a total of four years on either a “graduate visa, or Tier 2 which is now the skilled worker visa as long as you have never had these visa or switched between them then you can’t be rejected even if you have been in the Uk for more than 4 years as a student and based on this your content- you said your friend has always being a student from undergraduate to masters so I don’t think he should be rejected unless he has switched between skilled worker formally Tier 2 or graduate visa. Please confirm these information again so you don’t create panic or fears in the minds of your followers.

You know it's okay to leave your feedback while being emotionally smart about it. This seems quite insensitive, also considering the context of this video, is he meant to be joyous or shed a tear. I believe most of his videos are enlightening of which portraying emotions as you said might drive it out of context. Or is it not the same Daniel who does quite entertaining shorts on his youtube?.
