I’m having a bbq at my place here in central Texas this Saturday. I’m going to give those big-ass rib a try this time. I usually stick to the basics (brisket, pork ribs, and chicken) but that had my mouth watering. Amazing that you got thru that!!! Tons of food!!!

I've been visiting Texas for a few weeks now and I've been wanting some Texas bbq I heard it's the best the closest I've ever came was my granddad because he was from texas but he passed away In 2002 haven't had any good bbq since then
@rustbucket93182 жыл бұрын
@@jaynelewis2035 if you will be in central Texas, just north of Austin about 15 miles, this Saturday, you can come by. I’ve been told my bbq is good. I cook on a pit I built about 10 years ago.

Joel you are an amazing eater and this is a feat I could never imagine to accomplish, however you failed to take into account that 13lbs includes from what I can tell, somewhere around 4 lbs of bones. Next time you should weigh the bones and empty tray at the end and subtract from the initial weight. It's still an incredible amount of food to consume.

Ribs of all kinds for me. None of coleslaw, or pickles, onions only if cooked. Brisket or burnt ends if they aren't overly dried out. Chicken and burgers also good. My favorite burger type would include Bacon and cheddar or bleu cheese, maybe fried onion straws and bbq sauce.

At this point watching your food challenge videos has become like watching Formula 1 races years ago, when Michael Schumacher was still driving.
