I read something from SMG in like 2022 about 2nd counting the same as first if there is only a bot left in the game. Is that not true anymore?

either way allowing a botted player to return to the game is non-sense. Real disconnects are not common and this just allows a commonly abused strat.

2nd does count as 1st if you are against a bot. But only if you are against an actual AI, and not a player that quit and became an AI. So if you add an AI in the game lobby before the game starts, then that's what SMG is referencing
