Love the bloopers, please keep sharing these 🤣 LOVE this topic, Therese! Impostor syndrome really plagues so many professionals who are more than intelligent and capable of not only doing but succeeding at what they're doing. 💕 We all need these reminders shared here.

Loved the - be okay with receiving praise step. I know that changing our mental dialogue helps a ton, but somehow this steps seems easier to do 😅 great tip as always. Such an 'accomplishment' bloopers 🤪

Loved the added quotes and clear structure of your video. 😊 Could you sometime do a video on how to deal with people who have the opposite of imposter syndrome? 🙈 As in Fyre Festival organizers and such. 😬

Another great video. I definitely feel like a failure sometimes. How can I be PR in the international corporation if I speak English with an accent?! I know I am good at my job but sometimes is so difficult to stop these thoughts. I love how you finished the video. I feel positive about the future 😌😉 Many thanks, Therese.

I know so many people who feel like impostors because they have an accent of some sort. Accents just mean you’re a badass that speaks another language! Congrats! 🎉

The bloopers are entertaining. I had no idea what imposter syndrome was, so your concrete examples were helpful in explaining what it is. I never knew that Jennifer Lopez experience imposter syndrome.

I find that from time to time, in my work as a therapist, I feel like I bring out the razzamatazz with clients. I feel like I have to work VERY hard, know everything, give tips and techniques by the dozens. When I feel this way I know it's my imposter syndrome rearing it's ugly head! I put a sign up "I am enough" so that during the session I remember I am! Thank you for this video (and all the work you do!)

I can completely relate! And I absolutely LOVE the sign idea, I may have to borrow that from you. It’s brilliant!

I seem to basically live in imposter syndrome. I have very little confidence or self esteem and I'm very insecure so feeling like I'm capable at literally anything is hard. Growing up I was constantly told I was an unreliable narrator, even for things in my own life, so it's difficult to have any belief in the way I see/experience the world around me, and thus how anyone may see/experience me as a person or my skills.

Jlo is right to feel like that coz she is a famous singer while she can’t even sing. The imposter syndrome is understandable! Her vocals aren’t hers!!
@MrMdiaz84Күн бұрын
That’s all you got from such an amazing video, you chose to hate on a successful woman who minds her business. If he wasn’t talented she wouldn’t be where she is. Do better
@Melanated_never_duplicated01Күн бұрын
@ I didn’t say she is not successful and I am not hating on her! I am stating facts! Hers vocals aren’t all hers!she needs others people to make her a great vocalist!
