Joe is so effortlessly funny. Impractical Jokers is one of the only shows I can watch by myself and laugh out. In fact I had to stop watching it at night when I was trying to wind down because I would laugh too much

And I'm only referring to the many other times I've heard Theo talk about hanging out with the joker's on different podcasts like Joey Diaz's and king and the sting. He probably knows sal better because sal is a standup. They aren't best friends but I'd say it's pretty clear they would consider themselves friends
