“Can I create photos that look like Monet’s paintings? If so, how can I do it?”
I had this thought after seeing Monet’s paintings six months ago. I then started experimenting with creating painterly street photos using long exposure techniques and hand movements.
The results were astonishing. The unique texture and tone of film made the photos look even more like paintings. Long exposure photography is not a technique I invented or developed; it’s been around for a long time. I am simply using it to create my photographic world. I plan to continue this project of creating painterly photos using long exposure for the next ten years.
I have compiled this work into an E-ZINE. This project has been featured by various brands like Kodak, Lomography, and CineStill, recognizing me as a featured artist. It will surely serve as a great source of inspiration. I hope you will take an interest in my E-ZINE.
