When Pierre said who am i missing and then found out suho. I was likeee nahhhh you missed the Golden throat man Chennnn too. This album was a gift to Fans and thats why they have added credits "with exol". As old fans say that all exo album copies have written over them with exol. But this was the first time when they added it to the video bcz it wasnt a planned album. As their leader wasnt there i guess. But for fans they had to make music. There was no music show promotions.And i think some of the songs are great❤ even many fans say out of joke now that Exo has forgotten they have an album called DFTF mainly bcz their was no dance show,no promotions no talks for this, even now😂😂

DFTF holds a special place in my heart as my first EXO comeback. LAY's presence was driving everyone crazy which was an experience in itself, esp for a newbie EXOL. Also, the album's release during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic brought a message of hope. Furthermore, Channie & Baekhyunnie's departure for their military service soon after the release made Channie's "I'm gone, I'm gone.." part hit hard. I remember reading that this mini album was Channie & D.O.'s idea. For a very long time since its release, DFTF has received a stepchild treatment, including from EXO themselves who refused to acknowledge its existence. Fans have been after their case & rallying for show of love for DFTF🤭We were finally blessed with a LIVE group performance at the fanmeet early this month!😀By the way, some fans have playfully dubbed DFTF (the title song) as "The Unbothered Queen".

Im really enjoyingg ur reactionss to exos albums. Cant wait for ur reaction to other ones as well. EXOs discography is just insanely good and u can see while they still maintain their own sound when it comes to their music they still r experimenting and having so many diverse sounds. Its fascinating. DFTF came out during covid and thats why at that time Lay participated in it not directly but still was in all the songs. WE WERE GAGGED WHEN LAY APPEARED OUT OF NOWHERE T-T this album was only made possible because of the members' extreme love and appreciation for the fans. this was released during the yr of their 10th yr anniversary. this was truly a very special memory for exols, no one even expected that Lay will participate to the comeback. imagine how blown away all of us were during our first watch. happy tears were shed lol. i remember how much we clowned SM for obviously giving such a low budget for the MV 😭🤣 and the only way we could cope was to make memes about it, the boys deserve so much better. thanks for reacting to the full album, pierre! my favorite tracks were just as usual and run away 🥰

I think most EXO-Ls pick "Runaway" been their fav in this album, and me too 🤭. This mini album all tracks are lovely, so again it's NO SKIP album 😁 I don't know if you want to listen/react to EXO whole discography, but i must say their Japanese album "Countdown" is my top 3 fav album. And the most underrated album "Ex'Act" (the most famous just MONSTER tho' 😢), "STRONGER" and "THEY NEVER KNOW" are my favs 🤭. But Pierre i must say you should react to the repackaged album of Ex'Act, which is "LOTTO", cause the additional songs/tracks are "Lotto", "Can't Bring Me Down" and "She's Dreaming", the last 2 songs are most underrated (in my opinion) cause just few YT reactor react to it.

Lay he had to record his parts in China and they added it because it was the time of the forties, there is a video of the recording of the MV where you can see him recording his stuff...

There were many restrictions at that time and no international flights because of the pandemic, so Lay couldn't be there in person. Also, Chanyeol went to the military camp the day after they finished filming the MV, and because of the restrictions in Korea, people couldn't gather outside of "work" so they took Chanyeol's enlistment pictures with the members the last day on set

I never even knew DFTF was a special album, it instantly became my favorite album when I first heard it. The only thing bad about it is that its too short. Sadly it came out at a time when I left kpop for sometime because of toxic fandoms so I missed my first and last Lay comeback 😭 I can't believe you only noticed it now that Lay hasn't been with them in many Exo songs😂. I dearly love this album. Lay recorded all his parts in China as travel was still very restricted in 2021. They went to all that trouble because they knew how much we would appreciate it. And boy did it hit us hard, the first time we had seen Lay in an EXO video (although not quite all together) since roughly 2016 (and his tiny cameo in Tempo, 2018) Chanyeol shaved his head right at the end of filming this MV because he enlisted days later, followed quickly by Baekhyun (Suho and Chen were already gone) so it was a quiet time for EXO music (although great solo stuff of course) This mini album had no promotion as so many members were gone but it was a celebration all the same and still sold over a million copies.
