After enlistment he finished 1 kdrama Bad Prosecutor, 2 movies The Moon and Secret (coming soon), recieved 3 awards this year, he released 2 mini solo albums, he has a spanish song Si Fueras Mia on His Empathy album, he has now his own company and end his contract on SM ent. His solo projects managed by his own company while his EXO activities is still under SM ent. management.

D.O. is not simply just an actor but he's almost an A list actor. He won so many PRESTIGIOUS awards at such a age whilst doing his idol schedules and other duties at the same time. Acting wasn't even something he was most serious about, singing and cooking were what intruiged him more but he's just such a perfection at everything he does. Before getting into kpop, I was into kdramas. I watched all Exo members' kdramas but D.O. is the one who shook me the most, to the point that I had to search out for his group. However Exo were so catchy at singing that they hooked me to kpop world. The first show I watched D.O. in was called "Hello Monster" where he was the young version of main antagonist and let me tell you, he was creepy as hell. I got goosebump with his acting. Recently both his projects "Bad Prosecutor" and "The Moon" got me crazy again. He will be seen playing main antagonist again after so many years in his upcoming project "The Unsculpture City".

Both his albums are gorgeous and you can see the artistic evolution from the first, Empathy to the latest Expectations. His voice is his instrument and you can really see him using it as such in the 2nd album. He did all the backup vocals as well. The voice layerings in the songs are so intricate & I am in awe. In his first album, he also has a song in English and another in Spanish. He has acted in 2 movies, the Moon and another due to be out next year, The Secret. Even though he did not win, but he had been nominated several times and each time, alongside A listed veteran actos, being the youngest of the nominees, something that can be proud of. It is just a matter of time before he does. You should also watch him in his variety shows, Green Bean Red Bean & No Math School Trip and you will understand why he was named the funniest by the other Exo members. Oh.. and Exo Ladder 4 too. Oh, before I forget, one tidbit about him is that he wants to do everything himself when he acts. He does his own stunts as much as possible and even though they had professional tap dancers to double for him for his movie Swing Kids, he ended up tap dancing all on his own. He spent 6 months learning the North Korean dialect. It just shows his dedication towards acting and like what I said earlier about his album Expectations, his music as well.

1. D.O. has done lasik surgery so he can see clearly now.. we really happy for that but sometimes i miss him with his glasses 2. he is such a lucky and hardworking person. He is lucky because he have the opportunities to try to acheive his dream and hobby and he is a hardworking person who try his best to be excellent at it. As a singer, he casted with SM staff after competiton an he trained so hard an diligently so he can became a main vocalist and a good dancer. after that he try to achieve his acting dream through casting as a supporting role in a movie and kdrama, he learned his best and really improved a lot in his acting so that he is now considered as one of Chungmuro promising actor and got nominated as best actor category along with seniors actors at some prestigius movie award. even won best actor award early this year for his newest Kdrama "Bad Prosecutor" As he like cooking, he earned a professional chef license and dedicating him self as a chef in military and cook for hundreds of people everyday.. about his dream as a farmer.. he got the opportunity through viarety show Kong Kong pat Pat (GBRB) with his actor bestfriend ( (the last episode already aired this week) where they became farmer. Its so hillarious but healing as the same time. you can see Chef Kyungsoo and Farmer Kyungsoo there 3. He is someone who naturally cute and funny without even trying.. really.. you can see this side through their reality/viarety show,, he is a scene stealer coz the editor always find something about him that so funny and cute 4. For me why D.O. easier to recognize is because among members.. he is the one who rarely change his hairstyle and colour. and sometimes his bald hair (because of his role in movie) become something unique and recognizeable. Plus his heartshape lips an his minimalistic make up 5. D.O. is really have a great personality and most of people who have worked with him became close to him naturally and complimented him a lot. These drama have so many funny scenes and there are some good movies of him like " Swing kids" "My annoying brother" "The moon". It was an honor for him that he was nominated as a 'best actor' award at the blue dragon flim awards (2023) with some veteran actors. From 2021 onwards, Kyungsoo's fans tried their best to support him in his projects... we felt a little frustrated by the lack of planning and support from his ex-company itself... throughout this time we knew that Kyungsoo wanted and expected the termination of the contract with the former company.. even with the tension and sabotage suffered, Kyungsoo maintained his elegance without ever complaining about anything until the end of the contract and acted in film projects, a drama, and his two solo albums, participated from programs such as Lee Mujin and the Seasons where he sang covers and his flagship songs from his second album, he was one of the participants in the program Reap What You Sow, audience leader in Korea, the No Math School Trip with friends and colleagues filmed in Japan, there was a program (that lives in mine ❤️) off The Grid on the Discovery Channel.. lots of good work... in addition to his work as an actor, I have special affection for Empathy and Expectation, his solo albums, where he succeeds in details make the albums unique experiences of quality and comfort. The Smartest Idol in fact. He finished his middle school before officially joining SM Didn't renew his slave contract with the f'ed agency. Pursue what he likes outside idol activities, now a licensed chef, great actor and more. He waited patiently and quietly fought with his company's oppression. He set clear boundary between his fan and self. You won't see him feed his fans delusion. You can either like him for his talents or character but people always end up falling anyways. There's alot update actually coz it's an old video. He've done the lasik surgery, he has Instagram account& bubble, his movie "the moon" Has been release this years, we wait for his new movie "secret:untold melody" And 1 new action drama "sculpture city" (Planned to filming By the end quarter of 2024). He make his dream as a farmer come true, there' s varshow called "reap what you sow" He learn to plant some vegetables with his hyung(brother) squad
