Hello. This morning again improvement. The left side is very challenged without the stabilisation of a big toe, but I'm noticing improvement, which is wonderful! I'll carry on.

Oh my!!! After years and I mean years, of trying to balance, thinking it’s my inner ear, equilibrium, polarity issues, one simple change of alignment and I wasn’t teetering and tripping!!! Thank you for this will surely improve my lifestyle.

Hello Taro, slow and steady. For the final test the balancing on my left foot was much more stable, for the right foot I saw improvement but still wobbly. See you next video :)

Loved this exercise, in particular as it did give me a remarkable improvement in balance. Wondering if it’s okay for hip on the ground to lift as bent legs move to opposite side? Also, can you please provide an email contact for more detailed questions… many thanks, again. Love your content!
