I can relate to this, i’m 45 and been trying to get pregnant as well. Having issues with ovulation/period... Very little sugar, mostly vege diet with some fish, little alchol, always exercised, mediterranean diet, never used contraceptive pills and only used meds sporadic. Unfortunately I lost the baby due to a huge fibroid I had which I didn't know about because I never had any symptoms. Doctores were shocked I never had any issues from my fibroid before ( my fibroid was a bit bigger than a grapefruit)... again I think because of my healthy lifestyle my body didn't even react to it. Now I have just turned 40, had the fibroid removed and we are trying for a baby again. Pray for me 🙏🏾
