I like to first warm um, then do all my chuckin, then I do drills. This way the drill is the last thing I'm doing before ending my practice. But, I'm gonna try it Ben's way to see if makes a difference. My muscles seem to have Sleep Erasable Memory (SEM). I drill and drill and then I"m doing pretty good but the next day, I have start all over again. My muscles forgot everything I taught them the day before. For fun, there are two trees about 30ft a apart 270 ft away. I try to get a disc to fly between them. This requires different shots as my practice discs have different stabilities. Also, this setup is very close to hole #15 at one of my local courses. It has a triple mando at about 250ft.

I used to never do fieldwork, but I actually think it can be pretty fun.

I’ve noticed that when I release the disc my shoulder are back. Simons hips are back but his shoulders shift forward. I’m having trouble implementing this change
