Really nice to see a top sportsman giving up his time to inspire and educate youngsters setting out on their journey into gymnastics; even educational for us armchair supporters also! Well done Nile.

Nile, 10 weeks ago I broke my arm but now I'm six weeks not in the cast. I'm wondering if you could give me any tips on how to get my strength back. Thanks. P.S I'm a gymnast

***** Aww hope the arm is okay! And thats the main thing I wouldn't push too hard if your'e still in pain & make the recovery of your arm 100% priority.. After this i'd say my best tips are be patient, eat great fresh foods that will help recovery & just work your but off aha!
