I can’t thank you enough , had a major breakthrough moment in my backstroke today. For the longest time I was a zigzag swimmer in backstroke. It suddenly changed today with this invaluable tip. Thanks a million , I’m in the clouds now, feeling so light being able to effortlessly 😊😊😊

See that makes so much more sense than what my swimming instructor said. Looks gentle in the shoulders too.

Watching this really hits me in the feels. I haven’t been able to swim in a month and a half because of the coronavirus quarantine. I was really looking forward to our spring season but swims called off for the next few months. Hand entry is my biggest problem too so seeing her talk about this hurts.

The Best part is the Remember nothing comes easily and give yourself couple of weeks. I always used to see the video and immediately you will be able to do next day. But it does not work that way, every thing takes time.

Pinky first is a way of the past. Elite swimmers do not do this anymore, the entrance is almost flat, perhaps a bit tilted and that is it. Just think of the free stroke, hand enter flat , why?

10 & 2? That’s not too wide? Hmm all the other coaches have been saying 11 & 1. 😮
