❤ thank you. the shoulder roll seems pretty integral to a successful full stroke with maximized dps (that's distance per stroke for all the non 'elite' swimmers that have yet to do a full 100yrds without interruption, and a couple of 'fast' (relative to your size even though its still slow comparatively) 25yd sprints :). anyway, just saying, i cant help but notice the shoulder roll, which i did not hear mentioned :) but thank you for the head position specificity :)
