The aim of the drills are to improve your ball control using different parts of the foot. Each drill focus on a different type of touch, replicating things that you can and should use on match day! What if you don't have the equipment and access to a park/field close to home?

If you don't have equipment you can still replicate the movement without any of the cones etc. If you don't have access to a field or park near you then you can always try it at home but scale the drills down. If that can't work for you, then you'll just have to take the time to travel to a spot where you can practice. Good luck!
