If you're an attacking player, having fast feet is great in terms of manipulating the ball, avoiding challenges and adjusting your feet when it comes to shooting scenarios.
As a defensive player, fast feet can benefit you in changing direction quickly when your faced with tricky opponents as well as adjusting to things like loose balls and deflections.
