@@Sidekick65 Will have to do so. Was wondering though, you mention there were a few modules which didn't work well with replays. Can you list them? And if you know, why don't the replays for them work?

Probably a good topic to take off line. For most of those modules it has been a while since I tried then and I would not want to take their names in vain if they are now working better.

@@Sidekick65 I just started DCS and installed the A-4 mod. Do you know where I can download HOTAS profile for TM16000M? I couldn't find any for the A-4 in the DCS user files. Thanks for the assist, I enjoy your videos on the A-4 a lot.

Unfortunately, I am not personally aware of where you could find a profile. If you go to the A4 Discord server they might be able to help - they often are.

@@Sidekick65 could you share how to track camera of a missile since it on the pylon to flying to target? (Not F6 camera). Thankss

@@joytoys5669 Unfortunately, until the missile is launched it cannot be tracked. You can move the "object camera" to a point where it can look at the missile, but it will act as if it is attached to the aircraft, not the missile. Once the missile launches you can switch to the F6 camera

That's a shame. For all the well-deserved reputation that Heatblur has, this seems to be one area where they have fallen down - the Viggen is problematic as well. It's too bad because I don't think it's a problem to fix. The A4 devs did it on a free module.

Are padlock views blocked in replay tracks? I can’t seem to get them to work at all

Not sure. I can't say that I've ever tried to use them. I mostly use F2, F3, and F11 and their various subsides. Occasionally I use the F4 view for some very specific shots.

I have a suspicion the track files records have been improving. Just a hunch though. "First!" :)

Track files are notoriously unstable. I've heard people recommend making multiple copies before you open them. Also to make sure you have a fresh session. Ie...if you're multi-player, do a fresh connection and spawn. Personally I've found that sacrificing chickens and other tribute to Jobu carry mild success

Well, they have that reputation but with certain aircraft like the A4 I almost never have an issue with track files. It seems to be very dependent on the aircraft

@@Sidekick65 that's good to know. I have so many great viggen sorties spoiled by the track file having me taxi into the grass right at the start of the sortie

Oh my! Well, I have been there too. It really does seem to be aircraft dependent. For the problematic airplanes inhave taken to running a server on a different machine and logging in from my flight sim rig. That seems to generate a clean track file.
