The two things that worked for me were increasing water intake and taking a daily tsp of high quality liquid fish oil. I am 32 and hadn't seen quality mucus since I was in my early 20s. Please help! The only CM I get is the creamy type. Does this mean I am not fertile? Would you recommend any other particular supplements after having BV? I had great CM at the beginning of the year, started trying in March & concieved at the beginning of May, then suffered a miscarriage at 8 weeks, however cm hasn't returned to "normal". Was diagnosed with BV last month & took the medication to clear it up. Was already taking a broad spectrum probiotic in addition to prenatals, and always try to drink plenty of water (aim for 2L), but have now started taking another probiotic specifically targeting micro-flora support, as well as a vit d supplement. Not sure if there's anything else I should be taking/doing, but will look into evening primrose & finding an omega supplement 🤷‍♀️

Shaiata shai he talks about endometriosis on his channel. However, it has to be diagnosed through an laparoscopic exploratory surgery. There is no cure per se. but it can be cauterized and removed and managing diet helps. But endometriosis is abnormal growth of the endometrial cells. Which can cause pain during sex amongst other symptoms. Not the only cause for pain during intercourse though. Maybe get checked out by your Gyno.

Hello. Please advise. I typically have regular consistent periods that last about 3 to 5 day, with most of it being light menstruation . This period which I'm on now... its been 9 days bleeding. First 4 days was as usual light and almost gone, then days 6 to 9 has been heavy bleeding with clots every time I go to toilet and sit to pee. Clots are about little larger than a quarter.
