Bhaiya the problem is actually not bringing the concentration back but being aware that you are deviated, a lot of time its such a well linked thought stream that you don't even realize you are wasting time in hand and all of a sudden it hits that you have already wasted 5 to 10mins or so. Can you please give a guide to how to make myself constantly aware if not always, atleast most of the times?

I have this habit that most of the times I used to open a new KZbin tab and starts listening to music and gets completely deviated from my studies. Many a times I used to talk to myself and gets lost talking to myself while studying. Any solution ? .I can't avoid laptop as I have to study from it.
