Slab fishing, you can't beat it. Fished for the Army in the 80's in Germany. When the Germans had pole fishing in a Reservoir, we battererd them with feeder fishing. Great video mukka :)

Did you try your big fish mix on the short line Lee ? If the big bream came in to that line you could of had a massive weight with fish of that size Would love to see a pole session on there to see if that’d work

I really would like to invite Lee to Austria to fish OUR danube! This is sooooo much different fishing! I would like to See what he could do here! We‘re fishing up to 15‘ rods with up to 200gr Feeders on distances of up to 100 Meters and depths of way over 10 meters!

Do you add your hook length like sea fishing field casting style ....Blob knot / Grinner.... Or like lasso pole elastic style??. For shock leader l use a spider hitch and Grinner for sea match fishing..... Very very strong and small.

I find it disappointing that people talk of bough beach I’m the fisheries officer at holmesdale angling a 76 acre lake and we don’t even get people feeder fishing anymore maybe 5-10 people and we are only 10min down the road

@@UKprestoninnovations Its a club water, called Longford Large Lake, near Sevenoaks in Kent. There are hidden gems all over the country, but clubs are hiding them away in membership books. BOUGH BEECH isn't one of these hidden ones because it can be fished on a day ticket, and will feature more because of its open-ness and, therefore, popularity.

Whilst feeder match fishing is popular at the moment I see very few pleasure anglers on the banks these days on venues that aren't stuffed with carp. It's sad but true. I had a look at the holmesdale website and there's not a lot on there that's going to make me want to shell out £115 on membership. I don't fish matches any more and I enjoy fishing different places. If your lake was day ticket I would 100% pay it a visit but Ardleigh res is about the same distance in the other direction from me and that's £9 a day. Last year it fished its nuts off but I still only went 6 or 7 times. It's just not worth paying for membership.
