A great eye opener in what goes around in your head when you are fishing to such fine margins. In one sense your are elated in that you had a good weight and in the other sense you know that you let the other anglers of the hook by fishing a line or lines that with a bit of tweeking by you would have seen you home and dry. Fantastic match through the eyes of a top match angler. Thanks for a great video and for letting us into your mind to learn important lessons. Very well done Lee.

Hi Lee First let me say I thought the video was very good, well done to all concerned in that regard.Secoundly you were a bit unfortunate with your result on the day. I know you well enough to know that you know it's all about decisions at your level, that's always the case and in hindsight, I think you probably would have got the section and the points you needed .....with just a few different decisions, your point of view would be interesting on that. Lastly, question, when fishing GB and like in this case would you or could you just add micros into the GB mix leaving out the caster and or worm. The video explained the you where fishing dark mix of two types of GB but not really what you where putting in the GB while the battle raged ,I assume a little worm and caster ......the reason for the question is that micros in my experience always eventually attract bigger fish. Even if in this days case they are only Oz's bigger. I have often backed off on GB and switched over to micros as my feed and found that it works well, you still catch roach doing this and you had a loose feed short line going too...Mr Nudd has explained to me that to back off on my GB when so many small fish are present and increase my loose feed to find the better stamp, I do realise that you were very close anyway so I understand your moment Lee and in reality only needed one half tidy fish. Keith Norwich .

@@UKprestoninnovations So he focus' his elastic on the specie rather than a cover all. Be nice to see a programme about this, which elastics in a mixed fishery just to cover all the bases.
