Thank you Tintumol for your query on OET writing. You can write in different ways, but here is an example: Thank you for seeing Mr John, who has symptoms that indicate possible viral tonsilitis. (in the introduction) It would be appreciated if you could assess Mr John to confirm this provisional diagnosis. (in the final paragraph).
