4:36 - this is the exact problem I am facing. The armrests need to slide more inward so that people like me (5'8") can have the armrests right under our shoulder. I am having a lot of stress on my shoulders just because of this. I have also reached out to autonomous help centre but they just said it's not part of the product features so they can't do anything. Now, I need to figure out how to customize the arm rests on this chair and do a DIY project :(

Have had it for a year. Chair is ok but my neck always feel stressed. I have tried adjusting the headrest but haven't found a comfortable position for it. What is the recommended/ideal position for the headrest ?

try adjusting the height, its weird it does that to you tho. mine doesnt feel like that no mattter the height

@@rorox95 At first, my arm went numb, then my back began hurting, and then my chest closed down a little. Changed to my normal, average $30 chair and, in an hour, my body felt ok again. Either im broken, or this chair has the spirit of some deceased chiropractor that finally gets to enact his revenge on me

@@Tenchinu something is up with your spine :'( make sure you are sitting upright . My lumbar support feels amazing . what about the lever on the back of the back-rest? play with different angles, and the height of the lumbar support

Hi Nekoni, thanks for letting me know. This is the first impression when you start sitting on an ergonomic chair. Since your body is used to with the old (maybe wrong) position, it needs time to reshape. You may feel hurt at some specific part. No worries! It the signal that your body has been in the poor position for a long time. All you need is seeking the right position first! Then you can skip some rules to feel more comfortable. Personally, I do sit cross leg on my Ergo Chair 2. Your foot will be numb, which is a good time to switch to standing position ;)
