This video shares 3 drills to make neurological changes to improve your squat mobility. This isn't a guarantee and doesn't negate doing the work long term but for some people, this can make a squat feel significantly better. Remember this is a neurological technique so it won’t work for everyone. Nothing replaces hard work but you might make some quick changes here 💪

Can you do a hip internal rotation video. I’ve had a physio tell me I have basically none and gave me no way of improving it 😂

Same!! Hip external rotation is no problem for a fair amount of people but rarely focus on hip internal rotation. For me when I do it it feels like I'm being stabbed in my hip flexors and glutes on the outside of my hip

Can you do a video on hip internal rotation specifically. I run and alot swim alot so it feel like I am being stabbed in my hip flexor and glute minimus when doing the 90-90 exercise
