doing this everyday to prepare for my schools danceline tryouts and help with dance!! day sixteen (11 february 2024) had to cut today short due to no available wall space :( was really looking forward to this too

Can you make a video on middle splits? When I try to go farther down my knees go down instead of me actually getting a stretch in my hips :(
