I agonizingly sympathize with your desire to film horizontally, and always do it myself. I think a lot of (maybe even most) people are filming for social media - mainly Instagram and TikTok, which, sadly, are all vertical. Of course, that gives these glorious location videos no extended life on a full-size HD tv screen and assumes that they’ll forever be watched on our sad little phones. But hey, people are sheep, so what are you gonna do? 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️
