Improving Fällkniven Zytel Sheath

I wasn´t pleased with the tension on the safety lock on the sheath for the Fällkniven S1 Pro. So I improved it with a little bit of plastic and some self vulcanizing tape.
I did try this on the sheath to my A1 as well but the tension got a little to hard because it don't have a problem with the tension.

Thank U! I did try this on my A1 but since it din´t have the same problem as my S1 pro the tension got little to hard. Good luck to U and pleas tell me if it worked.

I used duct tape, it works as well. Should have a better sheathe for the cost.

Hey Mike, I have a question for you. A1 Pro or S1 Pro? I have a Mora Eldris and Silky saw, and will be doing a lot of hiking/backpacking. I like the chopping & batoning power of the A1 Pro for firewood, but a little concerned on size/weight. What are your thoughts?

wedge something in to the heel ,then the oven for an hour . Tadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Done! no modification but a tight fit!

You can do that but you won't get that extra tension that i want.
