Hi Flyin' Miata. All FM news are of course very interesting but could you make chapters in the timeline and perhaps more relevant label which Miata model NA,NB NC or ND the product news is targeting, so we are able to jump to content that is relevant to the viewer?

The available kits look super cool, but honestly stock brakes on the ND are fine even for track use. Get some track pads and maybe do the DRL brake duct kit/mod, (I have tracked my ND with the brembos and street pads and never experienced any fade.) Track pads will definitely be an upgrade. Stainless steel lines will improve your pedal-feel, but I'd do those first before upgrading the calipers or rotors. The ND is a really light car and doesn't produce a lot of power, it's really good on the brakes. There's not likely a lot to be gained there unless you have some crazy LS3-swapped monster.

@@jgalt99 We don't necessarily disagree. A lot of folks will purchase them for mostly aesthetic reasons, but that doesn't mean they're not functional There is something to be said about grabbing a super stiff and lightweight caliper, like in our Wilwood kits. Pedal feel is (subjectively) greatly improved and we're removing a good few pounds of unsprung weight per corner, depending on what kit you get. This is especially great for the autocross folks.

@@FlyinMiataVideo Oh they're definitely functional, and look awesome. I'm sure they feel better than the stock ones and they don't have the fitment issues that my Brembos do. I would definitely go with a Wilwood kit if I didn't have the Brembos already. I have your spring set and kogekis installed and love them, and when I put my miata in a ditch and needed a new radiator this year I went with the one you featured earlier this video. Very happy with that so far as well although I haven't taken it on a track day since installing it yet.

When are the NB turbo manifolds available? Would I have to adjust the voodoo box if I swapped to the new style?

We're currently only selling our turbo manifolds with complete turbo kit. At some point when we have excess inventory, we may list them for sale individually, but we don't have a timeframe for you. No adjustments needed if you switch from our old turbo manifold to our new one.

I'm sure you could get some benefit from taking air from the cowl on a turbo set up. That said, simply having an air box around your filter, like our 1994 and up NA/NB/NC turbo kits, and an intercooler, is likely just as good for IATs, anyway. The juice probably isn't worth the squeeze.

So what's the chances yal would sell just a turbo manifold for the 1.6? I looked on the site, and it's only full setup .. I have a full setup. I just want to upgrade my manifold ... love the products and all you guys do for the community .. peace and love, guys , keep it rad. We will likely sell our turbo manifolds separately at some point, but we don't have a timeframe. For now, we're dedicating all of the inventory of manifolds and outlets for complete kits.

Wait, what? The E lines up with intake and the I lines up with exhaust? Am I being dumb or is that asking for a problem?

There are 2 markings on each cam gear. One E and one I. The I sticks vertically up on intake and E sticks up on the exhaust when set correctly. But that means that the I and E line up opposite with this tool and the markings on the plate that attaches to the engine. It makes more sense when you actually see it.

I noticed you guys changed the design of your NA front shock tower brace from the older dark metal bar with bolts going down into the tower portion. What was the reason for the change? I have a 17 RF that I ordered from the factory now, but miss my NA since I sold it.

The old black bar simply became too expensive to produce, so we discontinued it a few years ago. The new bar is just as tough structurally, but it also fits a touch better and we think it looks a bit nicer than our old stuff.
