Oweee Nice improvements, love seeing pivoting and adding 1 1 2. One thing to remember when training is to make sure to move with a purpose. Everything you do, and everywhere you move, should be with a purpose. Whether its doing a combo, moving after the combo, looking for ways to let your combo flourish, these moment to moment should always be done with a purpose. Leave nothing unanswered, if you see the opportunity, let yourself do your thing. On the note on the roll, this isn't a bad thing to do since boxer's also tend to do a roll with the back bend like that. However, if you implement jumping lunges into your training, then use that same technique when rolling, then you won't be hunchback, and you'll be able to keep your hands closer to your head aswell as knowing if your opponent will strike at that level. Just be aware of the flaws of what your doing, and how you can learn to close it up when you can. The in and out is a great stepping stone into learning to hit and get out without taking a hit. Keep learning at this pace, and then pick it up. Remember, try making sure your punches are not flaring too much. Throw it, and bring it back right to your face as fast as you can. Even if your learning something to new, always remember to basics too, keep that sharp as your sharpening other tools your working on. Till then, keep up the work!

Congrats on the hard work !! You're young, and you'll improve so much more with that dedication. In addition and if you can, try to get to a boxing gym. You can't imagine how much more you'd learn with good people around you that would push you even further. Again congrats !

When throwing cross switch shoulders turn hips and twist on the foot. Look at how mcgregor does his cross its good example.

Nice man btw bend your legs a little dont be stiff on your back too. Bend your legs and back you see how tony is not stiff like what you are doing and his head is not all the way up keep up the good work my boy

just wanted to see how old you are because i feel like where around the same age and just want to see what give you motivating to get up and do all of this stuff. btw i'm 16 and the last thing is have you thought about join a boxing gym so you can get in to a real match.
