Doing rdl to remedy my horrendous hinge problem and save my lower back in deadlift. Great tips to target glutes and hams. haven't seen the hamstring modification with the band before. I remember you from Tnation articles and videos.

but are your hamstrings really more stretched if you elevate your toes? isn't there just more tension on your gastrocnemius? thanks for your input!
