I use public transport near on daily (EU based) and some people, usually people who don't originate from the eu, just an observation, who sit on the bus an are calling for the whole ride but have their fone on speaker. Like, I get that not everyone enjoys the ride like i do, and if you need/wanna call then go right ahead, but at least don't put it on speaker or use headfones, earbuds,...

I have a suggestion for the emergency pull chain, instead of chains, use copper lightening rods for hand rails. ELs/subways have overhead hand rails for when the car is crowded and people have to stand. Love the train!

Impulse, I wouldn't worry about the railings I work at the company with the light rails. We have a new street car where the pole is in the center of the walkway. Everytime I'm mopping backwards towards the doors I smack my entire back into those poles. Imo, Iron bars on the bottom to make a wind screen/fence on top.

re: what scar said about people and their bluetooth speakers, i work in a museum and the other day i had to go up to a young person and ask them to stop playing music from their phone (no speaker even, just super bad sound quality from the phone) and the look they gave me was like i had asked them to stop breathing, like something they never expected to hear and considered absolutely outrageous. and they put the music back on as soon as i was out of their line of sight

@@violetskieso3 Pretty sure I did some damage with 8 years of marching band but the audio processing disconnect from adhd doesn't make it any easier for me LOL. I struggled through the recent charity stream which wasn't too terrible, but I did have to go back and re-watch some VODs for some context. SO inspiring! It definitely makes going to work a lot harder than normal. I just want to stay home and build!

I just turn it down or mute it and turn the captions on. A lot more people love hearing the streamers' music with them. It's selfish for a few with issues to make everyone else adjust to them in something so trivial.

@@jimmyyarbrough9883 I can see how that would seem selfish (I wouldn't necessarily call that selfish?), but as Impulse has said in a more recent stream it's important to get the balance right! I do also enjoy listening to the music along with whoever's streaming, but sometimes it can just get a little out of whack. Nothing wrong in letting the streamer know in that case and they can adjust if they want to.

Crumpets are these circle fluffy things with a sort of spongy hole-filled top which go in the toaster, and tend to have butter/margarine spread on them. You should definitely try them at least once.

For the cactus issue you could redirect the cactus stream into a double chest in between the furnaces and two hoppers underneath, then they would share whatever cactus comes up when the farm's loaded without needing a backlog in the first one.

just a shout. when 1.21 comes out. you could use the new potions. slime, cobweb etc. in a dispensers. if they miss a target while turning have a string on a trip wire. that fires random new potions to punish the missed target.

You don't need the dropper mechanism under the cactus farm, you can let the cactus fall directly in water streams (can also use powder snow in th ebottom hole to make it fall straight into the stream)

Imagine this. When the game starts, an item gets loaded into a dropper inside the train. If you choose to run through the train, it will trigger the dropper to drop an Ender Pearl that you can use later in the course to access a secret short cut.

Disclaimer: writing this only 14min in. The red wool is a bit overly vibrant imo - i feel like it should at most exist as singular blocks adjacent to any properly bright light sources. Red terracotta might be a better general highlight since it exists in the same slightly muted red area as mangrove and netherrack but is broghter than either of those.

Don't dolphins die when you leave them by themselves? I remember Grian finding that issue when building his speedy bridge. Their ai just stops when the player leaves so they drown because they don't swim back to the top for air...

Cactus farms work with a chunk loader

58:43 I know it's the next day. I just remembered, Etho and Doc, both make some kind of chunk loaders. Why not do that? The entire red stone components could be transferred if you think about it. Only the final storage would remain. Secondly, use like a buffer, cache memory type of a thing, by putting double chests inside the chuck border. That way, when the OP farm does start producing cacti, it would get stored in double chests, and get sent down the line, when the other chunk gets loaded, when it does... Sorry, if I sound confusing, I'm having breakfast and haven't gotten to my coffee part yet.

The problem with chunk loaders is, is that they add to the lag problem, thats why Tango, for example, dosent like them and thats also the reason why he and Etho made sure, that the chunkloaders of the mail system are only active when needed.
