Nice vid, I put mine on while back and wish there was a vid to watch lol I actually left the tank on and tightened the screw thru the frame. Keeping the alignment between those 2 brackets is a key to successful install. The bolts if not properly aligned can get cross threaded pretty easy. I drilled the petcock hole a bit bigger to fit the filter screen. Always use compressed air to clean the tank prior to install, there could be plastic chips left inside from the molding process. Mine is white and it did take a bit to get used to the look but now I absolutely love it.

Any issues with fuel feeding with the fuel line/ petcock being lower than the carb? Specially when the fuel gets low. Nice install vid.👍

Still testing but it looks as you will have some fuel you cant get. Will know more in a couple of weeks. Work and weather has limited my testing.

What bars / risers are on your TW? Did you have to use a longer clutch cable?

How does the fuel get from the non petcock side to the petcock side of tank?

You get most of the fuel but you can and will run out before it emptys both sides. Just lay the bike over on the left hand side and most of the fuel will switch sides. With how short and light the TW is this is very easy to do.

I wish i could afford the tank but at 678 canada prices for it thats crazy and still would have to pay duty why is all the parts for the tw so expensive my dr650 parts are all half the costs to build i guess have to save up a lol also will u buy another Bradley rear tire kit im thinking of buying it and not sure if it will slow down the tdube

Yes I will get another Bradley kit but it will be a little while. I am currently modifying a different bike.

I have a California emissions tank carb on my 21 TW bike. Does IMS make a different take for this? Or can I just bypass this Tank Carb emissions canister?
