+Yasmin Boyer Indeed. Tong's knowledge of music is surprisingly limited really. He should stick to being a DJ

What is with this interviewer.... Quincy was trying to explain what led to his work with Brothers Johnson and the guy keeps interrupting him and asking the same question over again.

He’s not fit for this job. He has set questions and doesn’t know the first thing about Quincy’s huge body of work. He knows nothing prior to MJ - how is he sitting in that chair.m? He’s toxic. What the eff is he doing with disco talk? Infuriating goon. Quincy Jones was my friend and mentor for 21 yrs endorsed my album feat. Chaka Khan LIVING IN DIVINE TIME “Melissa has made an album I’ve always wanted to make a cross-pollination of funk jazz polyrhythms string orchestration and African tribal invocations spiritual homage to Africa”. I wish I could have interviewed him. I have recorded conversations. Anyway sorry to rant but ….you know 🧡🙏🎶

That interview went Pete Tong!!...Great DJ...but was very monotone and lifeless in his technique ..Quincy is a genius with an abundance of talent and charisma....Never get bored of him spreading the word..The best

Pete doesn't look at Quincy's eyes. Typical conception of 'electronic music trendy people': "To bring big names but not necessarily to be worried with the content of the interview."

Wow Quincy had to correct Pete several times and I'm only 10 minutes into the video. Must have been really awkward to have such shallow knowledge, and incorrect research about one of the most distinguished music producers of all time!

Awful interviewer, he wasn't even listening to Q's answers. Knew nothing about his career, even the obvious MJ stuff.

Who is Pete Tong? What a waste. Had one of the greatest producers, composers, musicians of all time, and wasted the opportunity with the most inane questions. Unprepared, with not even the most basic knowledge of Q's career. Remind me never to recommend the music summit to anyone. Q tried to share some wisdom, but pete wasn't listening.

This guy interviewing Quincy is kind of "clueless". It's like he only 1/2 way did his homework on Quincy---AND Q had to "let him know" more than once! Hahaha. This guy was stuck on questions about MJ. This interview wasn't that interesting.
