if I'm honest, I usually cut out any clips where I talk about this kind of stuff because at the end of the day it doesn't matter. BUT this is my truth - some days it's really hard to have people judging and nitpicking every single thing you do. we're all human, trying our best, and sometimes things can get overwhelming! it's important to remember that no matter how someones life looks, everyone has good & bad days. God created this life and it is only a temporary sample or an example of a coming everlasting one which could be either in heaven paradise or in hell. If we try to be good humans in life and try to obey God and his messengers and those whom rightly represent them, then we will go to heaven/paradise, if not we will go to hell fire and burn in it forever.

I’ve recently been going through some heartbreak and the feeling of not getting out of my head as much as I was to is and overwhelming process. I love your content - your positivity, outlook on life, the way you SHOW EMOTION! Like girl! You get excited and you cry and you laugh and your thrilled. It's important - aaalllll of it is. It's important to show it too! I just wanted to come on here and add that you can't have the highs without the lows - both teach you something and as long as you're dedicated to learning which I think you are, then you are not off track! What you said was bang on - you aren't everyone's, but you are people's cup of tea (including me). As a first responder and working in health care, I sometimes get so tired and discouraged and often forget to nurture myself and my immediate circle and you remind me to do that! I totally get the emotionality of PMS, but don't dismiss your feelings. They are important, even the rocky ones or maybe especially those ones, to reaffirm to myself that no matter people's reactions or words, I need to know why and if I am committed to the views that got challenged and if they still hold after someone said something negative, then I can be solid about that! Sometimes, people can make me re-evaluate, but only after I've gone through that process. No one, not even your closest people, will comprehend the breadth of who you are, not even you sometimes. That can be scary or it can be beautiful depending on how you look at it. I think of it as pretty amazing. I for one am glad you posted this!

We all struggle with these things in our daily lives. I can not imagine the amount of them you have to deal with being so open on the Internet. We as a society have forgotten how to be vulnerable and now we see it as a weakness. Honestly,I think you are doing so many things right! I'm 31 and wish I had my stuff together as much as you do. I know you aren't perfect but for your age you have accomplished so much. Just remember the people who say mean things on here are just trying to make you feel bad because they don't like themselves. They see you being happy, successful, traveling, etc. And they want to tear you down. It's still not easy to read mean things. It hurts. But remember you aren't doing anything wrong. Nothing is wrong with you. It's them. Also your outfit you walked in was very cute and your hydrangeas are beautiful ❤️

Tara, One of my secrets in life. It took around 40 years or so to figure it out. Now in my 50's I have seen it work. If someone is not important to me or in my daily life, I really don't digest what they say. I just refuse to let them take up space in my heart, soul or mind rent free. In case of toxic family or friends I go no contact. Period. No conversations about it. I block them and move forward. If their behaviors change then I might decide to involve them again. But for the most part, I keep my mind and soul free of opinions that don't add to my contentment. You are on a good course in life, don't let people who are not on their course, disrupt yours. Light and love sent your way.

The emotions totally make sense right before! I felt so relieved when my OG GYN doc told me I wasn't crazy or crazy emotional for no reason, it was just the hormones and then as soon as it hits, something is released (I forget what) and we are leveled out again 😊
