How many people know and understand that today’s Hinduism or sanatan culture started in Punjab about 3500 yrs ago when first mantras hyms of Rigved were chanted by the rishis Vishisht and Vishwamitra on the banks of Ravi., Gayatri mantra itself was composed in Punjab region. Battle of 10 kings which finds mention in mandla3 of rigved was fought on the banks of Ravi which established the Bharata dynasty on whose name India is called Bharat., Modern history of Punjab of course every one knows… So as Imtiaz says there is some thing enchanting about Punjab always.. for obvious reasons. Any way if Imtiaz makes film on Chamkila , it will be a biggest hit.,
