To me it sounds like Romi Park, but distorted. Romi Park plays both Male, and Female characters so that doesn't help with figuring out the Gender though. I think Imu is something like a female Frankenstein - a demon / machine made of female body parts, looking similar to a certain slasher movie "let's play a game" character (I don't remember the name of the movie).
