It is 90cc with original stroke 39.7mm and a bore of 53.7mm The Original 2.9hp Kreidler cilinder has been changed to the max. 7 transfers and 3 exhaustports, no room is left to make any more. The head is a modern squishhead for max.velocity. This is only possible with a very strong ignition like the 180mJ UltraSap. The intake is a rotary valve with 34mm carburettor. Every detail has been Ftt calculated before, like the exhaustpipe and headshape
And yes it could still be made much faster. Change the bore stroke to the optimal would bring 10% more power. Change the transfers to an optimal shape could give another 10%.
In 2018 the engine should change to 100cc according the new regulations. So the bore stroke wil be 53,7 x 44mm

Why does this only get 31hp while a kart 125 can push about fifty hp, 30cc shouldnt make that much of a difference+ being a drag bike this should be more radically ported. No hate on your bikejust curious of course.

+Linus H Forsberg Yes Linus, you are right but read first the description. Normaly 90cc should get 40 hp which is in line with the 50hp for a 125cc. It is a heavy oversquare engine which cost 10% of the power and it is not a sophisticated cilinder as used on modern kartengines (Aprilia RSA copies) No it is a handmade Kreidler 2.9hp heavy modified, but a modern cylinder would be better and should go to about 36hp.
